I don’t know much about this, but I have heart that most non-compete clauses are unenforceable.

Depends on what it says. Enforceability varies greatly by state, some say CA make it largely unenforceable and others say NY make it more so. Not a great look to tell them something different at this stage so suggest you really read and understand what the implications are before just going back saying oh by the way I do have a noncompete.
I don’t think you should worry about really
You could let them know, but I don’t think working on the same client as you were working on before would be classified as “competition.” At the manager level, this doesn’t seem as significant because I’m assuming you are not the key person involved in sales activities. I assumed Accenture hired you to manage projects (mostly) and not to be a business development person?
This is correct.

From what I have seen Big 4 (and I assume ACN) treat noncompetes seriously. Among other reasons so that theirs are similarly treated seriously when there is an issue. As per my comment above, OP really needs to dig into the language to see what is at issue.
Thanks for the response. I’m looking at it now, the more I read it the more it looks to be unenforceable as the language is so broad.
