So, I was in my pod outing and I’m not a native Hindi speaker. What is wrong with all you folks just wanting to listen to Hindi songs all the time ? Maybe you can play English songs ? Isn’t that a common ground for all ? Not asking for our native ones. Noticed this even on multiple team calls, you keep speaking in Hindi as though you were educated in Hindi and don’t know English & if we speak in our mother tongue with a colleague you start making fun of us. ZS surely looks intro inclusion well.

I have about $3M in net worth (retirement accounts, stock market investments, checking and savings account) Additionally, I have two homes about $1.2M in average market worth. Have been thinking about FIRE but at 2.5% rule I’m looking at about $100K in income annually and about $28K from rental income. Age is 48 going to 49. How is everyone dealing with the volume of people leaving? I know in my office we are drowning due to the number of staff and seniors leaving and the volume of work coming in.
