I’m not one for houses, esp if you’re doing grad school. Sounds like it’s not MBA, but unless you’re going to live by the school the purchase doesn’t make sense.
For 2, I wouldn’t DCA. I’d just drop it all in. It’ll go up and down maybe, but all-in time over a few years is better than DCA…especially if it’s inherited Roth dollars that don’t need to be cashed out for a long time.
