First of all, congratulations!! Yes I totally felt the same for my first trimester. I had couple of days when I felt nausea but most of the time I didn’t feel sick at all. And every time I switched from being unfortable for a little while to feeling well, I doubted if the baby is fine and if my body feeling better would mean the baby not growing well. And not being able to see the baby often in ultrasound and learn how they develop is nerve wracking. But yes these are all completely normal and your baby is growing well even when you are feeling well! Worrying about this only shows that you are a very caring mom and you love your little one very much.
Same. I never threw up during the first trimester. I had some food aversion things and light nausea occasionally but all in all, I felt pretty normal. Now I’m at 32 weeks and everything has been healthy! Hope the same for you.
Congrats!! I spent my entire first trimester worried that my only symptom was fatigue and in hindsight I wish I just enjoyed being one of the lucky ones. Everything was fine! Fingers crossed for you to have a smooth appointment tomorrow

Congrats!! I can completely relate to these feelings, I'm an IVF pregnancy and also felt totally normal....throughout the entire first trimester....with twins.
The best advice I have is to celebrate each day and week as a milestone and know you'd probably still worry even if you had symptoms, so enjoy! (I'm currently 18 and still feel normal, still worry LOL)
Omg!!! congrats on your twins! I’m glad we can be (virtually) going through our worries together!
I’m in the same exact boat. Hugs
27 weeks pregnant here and never had any symptoms. No nausea or fatigue or cravings or aversions or anything. I was nervous the whole time too! Totally understand.
