Can anyone please case me today?
Hey everyone! My team and I just launched our Kickstarter page for our company called Skape. We are an on-demand landscaping and snowplowing app to be used by both homeowners and landscapers. Below is a link to our Kickstarter page.
Any support whether a pledge or sharing our page with family and friends would mean the world to us! Thank you in advance! ALSO IF ANYONE HAS ANY CONNECTIONS TO VC’S/ANGEL INVESTORS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN US PLEASE MESSAGE ME.

Reach out to your coach/mentor to get an idea. If you’re close to a partner reach out to them as well. You won’t ever know for sure unless you’re a strong performer
I’ve met individuals who were promoted in 3.5 years instead of the standard 3. There may be a delay, but you may be promoted in January, if not in June.
However, it should not be a surprise whether you’re promoted or not. There should’ve been conversations throughout your promotion year to understand if you are going to be promoted or not.
There is a good chance that you won't get promoted. Promotion or non-promotion to senior should not be a surprise.
It might be best to look around and see if you can leverage a senior position somewhere else before the decision to not promote you becomes official.
Hmm they don’t tell us in our office until the CRT conversation
I would suggest that you give them permission to be straight with you and say whether they think you should start looking elsewhere. Otherwise people will dance around the issue.
Focus on how you can improve your performance or this problem will persist if you end up a SA at another firm
You Don’t need next level to be promoted. Many ppls being promoted at level for all.
If they want to promote you, they would have tried their best to give you at next level on everything then have a candid discussion on what you need to focus at the next level. Agree that promotion should not be a surprise so if you still don’t know if you have their full support at this point, I would start looking to line yourself up somewhere else. Don’t waste your time waiting. Also, if you don’t have all dimensions at next level, HR might push back on why you are getting promoted. It’s not impossible to get promoted with at or partially next level, but it’s definitely a harder fight for your RL.
