My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

About what are you passionate - music, food, travel...? Tell me why I'm going to live a long, fulfilled life if I take up the thing about which you are passionate.
Pick a topic that you are 100% comfortable with and that will spark questions from the "customer." I've hired many sales people and I'm much more interested in their listening skills than their pitch skills.
That’s great insight.. I’m struggling to pick a topic so the tips are so greatly appreciated
Choose the topic you feel confident about. Google and youtube are your best resources to learn presentation skills.
Absolutely.. Thanks again these tips are crucial !!
What's your favorite product - something you use every day and couldn't live without? If you can't name something for this, then think about a topic you know a ton about and would feel comfortable talking about freely - ideally without having to look at notes.
Definitely a great perspective.. Some I use every day is clearly easy to be persuasive about considering I couldn’t live without it
Wow, 4th round. That seems excessive to me. Have they been long interviews? How much time have you invested in interview prep, travel to and from interviews and the interviews themselves? More importantly how long has it taken to get to the 4th round?
Yea so it’s definitely been a rigorous process.. currently we are on the the 3rd week so next Tuesday (the actually pitch) is the 4th week.. it’s all been via zoom so no travel which was very convenient
