This list contains the dates that they are assigned to clients for coverage (e.g. 2/19/2022 begin date, 3/16/2023 end date). Only the CAs I need data for have these coverage dates, all the others are permanently assigned to their clients. How can I go about creating a chart or table with upcoming coverage termination dates (e.g. within 30/60/90 days from today) to show when CAs will have availability?

Hi recently I gave my interview with Deloitte. I cleared all the rounds and it's been waiting for approval since a month and suddenly the candidate status on job application got changed to Offer. When I reached out to HR about the same they said that all my interview process are completed and still they are pending on approval whether to go for offer.

So I work for a division called “In house services” where I am essentially an extension to my clients HR. My client recent had me source for a Program Coordinator in Talent Acquisition. They just offered her 7k more than what I make. She acts as a support to TA while I do full cycle direct hire & manage a 50+ contractor workforce managing about 30 open reqs at one time. Having a bit of an existential crisis - but fishbowl hasn’t steered me wrong so far.

I’ve got an offer to study a masters in international affairs (focus in economics) at Columbia SIPA (no financial aid package) or I could stay in management consulting (5-6 ywe) at Oliver Wyman.

I enjoy consulting but it wasn’t what I see myself doing long term. Longer term I saw myself either being an economist or working in the world bank.
