No, you should be quarantining which means you don’t go on vacation. Why would you go and the risk infecting your roommates at school? I don’t understand why this is even a question.

OP: Do you care that your school asked you to quarantine for two weeks? If so, then don’t go away next weekend. Whether it’s to your friend’s vacation home or Disneyland, the destination is irrelevant. You’re a grown up, you don’t need others to decide for you.
For context, classes don’t start until later. So I would quarantine for at least two weeks upon arrival anyway
