So I'm on my weight loss journey and I have a slight tendency to binge eat cuz I avoid my cravings and then eat too much. Today I was cravin focaccia and pizza so I thought I'd eat at maintenance calories instead and I made both doughs at home. Made the focaccia first, had a slice and realized my craving was fulfilled and I wasn't even hungry anymore. So I stopped eating. Put the pizza dough away for another day. I know this may seem obvious to some people but to me this is a first. I'm proud :)

Good for you! And totally get it. I don’t think people should punish themselves by completely cutting out something all together (unless it’s temporary of course). I love food so much I will often binge as well but meal prepping with everything portioned out is super helpful.
