Question: would you rather stay in your current role at your agency with hopes of a promotion in 5-6 months or take an offer with a higher title and salary in a new city? Not sure if I’m ready for a coast to coast jump but the offer seems cool..
Hi, I have more than 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and engineering. I do not want to continue in tech. Want to switch to management. So planning to do a PMP course. Really confused about the consequences after the course, whether I'll be able to successfully get a management role or not. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? Any guidance is appreciated.

What are the benefits of working at a small law firm (about 10 attorneys) as opposed to a midsize firm. What is the difference in the amount of work/ billable hours, benefits (health insurance and PTO), opening doors for future career opportunities, etc. I have an interview at a small law firm, which is not what I ideally wanted, but I am considering it because of the COVID uncertainties. I appreciate any kind of guidance.
