Does anyone have any insights into whether Oxford MBA has significantly worse exit options when compared to INSEAD? I feel like Oxford is a significantly better cultural fit for me but I‘m worried on having worse exit opps than with INSEAD because INSEAD‘s is just so much better ranked than Oxford‘s. I know mba programs require a certain level of work experience. I’ve done one year in another field and now I’m working in tech consulting. I really cannot see myself staying in tech consulting, thinking I’d like to move to strategy or tech. Thing is I’m thing about getting my mba soon after only 3yoe total. How much will I be limiting my options to get into a top mba program and attain a decent job if I do this. I just know tech consulting isn’t what I want so I feel like I’m wasting time.

I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?
