Cleared 3 rounds with HashedIn for Senior Manager role. 15 years of experience and holding multiple offers (highest CTC offered - 38 LPA, 34 fixed). HashedIn is saying 28 fixed is the max they can offer. I was under the impression that HashedIn is a pay master and that they could easily go beyond 38 LPA. Is that really the case ?

My partner is using leave for now but we don’t want to use all of it in case one of us gets sick.
