Yes, you can. If you have a business area, you can travel to all Indian states, and union territories, including Andaman and Nicobar Islands!
Some areas of India are tricky. For example to visit north east you need a permit, even for Indians. The permit is very easy to get process wise but can become difficult if you expect US type webbased approval process. Plus wrt these remote areas you will need to go there with extra time / day in hand. Best of luck :).
