I have got job offers from Persistent Systems, IBM, Capgemini, Wipro & Harman International.
I need a suggestion on whether I should pursue my career in a PRODUCT BASED COMPANY(like Harman) or a SERVICE BASED COMPANY(the rest 4)?

The packages are pretty close.
Harman=(5LPA+50k)
Persistent Systems =(4.71LPA)
As we are always cheered to join Product based companies(like Google, Microsoft) but how good is joining Harman-like PBC?

My new employer sent me a work laptop and today in an onboarding call, the HR said that all employer laptops have an ActivTrak monitoring system and anyone who is away for more than 20 minutes will immediately get a call about less than a number of hours. I am thinking of buying a jiggler mouse which keeps moving on the screen so that it keeps the status active but I'm not sure whether the laptop can detect this or not.
