You can't really have inclusion without creating a sense of belonging. I'd rather focus on actions and results rather than semantics/syntax.
wow! that's really a great question. I hadn't even considered the "B" to the equation! I love it!
What does belonging even mean in this instance? I get that it sounds friendly and inclusive, but that's about all I get from it.
