So I’ve been with my agency for several months now as a PT contract SMC.. and Ive worked my a$$ here! I’ve been training and onboarding for several new clients as a full time employee. The last couple weeks training as been vaulted and no one would tell me why. I found out today they hired a full time social media manager and I’ve been striped of all my hrs and left only 5 hrs/weekly. I’m really upset and wondering if I would be over reacting if I put my resignation in effective immediately?
