Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM

Jubilee/fluted
Only correct answer. Otherwise just get an OP.
Always fluted.
Always jubilee.
Oyster and smooth and no one could convince me otherwise. Go with your gut/taste. I think fluted and jubilee looks gaudy but I’m also a tasteless buffoon.
Nope
1. Jubilee + Fluted
2. Oyster + Smooth
Get one of each 😉
Jubilee/oyster + smooth for 41, jubilee + fluted for 36. For whatever reason, the 41 proportions make the fluted bezel look off IMO and I like that the smooth bezel is flat (the round smooth bezel on the 36 would not work on the 41.) Also depends what other watches have.

Depends on what look you want, sporty (oyster/smooth) or dressy (jubilee/fluted).
Whichever you like more. It's a silver datejust -- bezel and bracelet are going to look fine either way

Jubilee/fluted, but it’s a loud, loud watch even at 36mm. A friend of mine just picked up the palm motif one in steel and that watch is incredibly noticeable across a room.

Appreciate all the perspectives. I have an omega aqua terra that is similar to the oyster bracelet/smooth bezel, so leaning towards jubilee/fluted bezel. My concern is that it’d be too flashy since most of the time I’m dressing casual or business casual.
Nah, not too flashy. Just really nice. I have a jubilee/fluted on the black diamond dial and I wear it when dressed casually. People wear all yellow daydates dressed casually and subs with tuxedos. Anything goes these days.
