I joined on 12th and was offered a joining bonus but just received my prorated salary for 18 days and not the joining bonus.
Does Capgemini provide the same next month.

Paternity leave at EY is 3 months. Maternity leave is 3 months fully paid and extra 3 months half paid. Not sure if they changed jt
It’s 2 weeks before the birth that short term disability kicks in! So for birth mom, 2 weeks before + 16 weeks + 3 weeks vaca. Everyone else (dad, adopt, etc), 16 weeks + 3 weeks vaca. All full pay. You have to be there a year for the benefit to kick in, and there have to be 12 months between the last day of one parental leave and the beginning of the next.
We have a lot of dual KPMG parents. Never understood why they are penalized on leave vs two separate company parents.

Yes, mothers get 6-8 weeks short term disability (based on whether it’s a natural labor or C-section) on top of the 16 weeks plus you can take PTO, so it comes together to 6 months you can take at once. But the leave itself is 16 weeks.
I thought BDO was 16 weeks? Anyone can confirm?
Paid parental leave is 9 weeks and then the mother can qualify for short term disability which would be 6-8 weeks
CLA is 12 weeks fully paid maternity. 6 weeks fully paid paternity.
