Someone explain the practice of sending a more junior associate an email you’ve entirely prepped and drafted and saying “please send to so and so and copy me”. Like, wut? Why don’t you just send it yourself? Honestly so obnoxious and ethically questionable tbh like okay I’m gonna bill our client for this?

My AST promotion has been initiated in last quarter but project didn’t approve . This time project has approved and sent it to CORP HR. When I asked my manager he told that this time you will get promoted as you are the only one from our team who has been sent to HR for promotion. This will be effective from 1 April .
If this is true then when should I expect my promotion letter, will it be in May/June or towards the end of this month as per recent promotion news of some project?

In many of the cases, Cons continued duing extra work for additional project with no monetary benefits whereas Sr Con got benefits for the same work.
