Today was the last day we agreed to have her and she hasn't found a place because she is attached to her 3 dogs.She also makes 24k per year so it's tough to find something in her price range.
She said she was going to sleep in her car until she figured it out. I feel bad,but at the same time she is unwilling to adopt her dogs to adj for circumstances.I am torn about extending her stay

What to do for a spouse who is struggling emotionally but refuses to get professional help?

Anyone have any experience with high deductible insurance plans with a newborn? Trying to decided if I should add my newborn onto my HDHP (I've met my $2700 deductible through delivery but my baby will have his own $2700 deductible to meet). I recently moved into a role as a program manager. Prior to this, I worked at the same company in different roles. The new job entails a fair amount of what I would consider office manager-like tasks (organizing and scheduling meetings for executives, admin stuff). There are other meatier aspects of the job that I enjoy. Other times I feel like I am serving as someone’s PA. Is this normal? Just wondering if this is an outlying case or if these tasks do often fall to Program Managers.
