I’m 4.5 years in at a regional firm. Every busy season seems to be worse than the prior and I have such an awful mood about PA/accounting...lately been struggling to even work 40 hours. When my mood is decent my job is great and I crush it, but it’s bad most of the time so I feel miserable. I can’t seem to get myself to leave though. Anyone else experience this? Any tips for making this more sustainable and keeping myself in a decent mood? I’m generally a happy guy outside of work. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Why are accountants and government officials saying health care workers should be mandated to get vaccines? A large percentage of health care workers do not want the vaccine and unfortunately once the vaccine is mandated this data will be gone, but as of today NY Healthcare workers are only about 30 percent vaccinated. The vaccine has been out for a year, they could've gotten it by now. So are we saying the nurses who were heroes last year are no longer heroes? Do we really think we know more?🤦
