Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. Had a 50-page settlement brief due today. My team is just me (first year), a senior associate, and a partner. The senior drafted a skeleton version last week and then went away on vacation for the last week. I worked on it for hours all week long, back and forth with the partner, and it feels so good to have submitted it finally! I work for HSBC client and their I found work culture is not good. Hence, I have complained about the one of the permanent resource let say "X" and found manager let say "Y" is very friendly with her and instead of taking action on "X" putting pressure on me.
In past, other resources has already complained about "X" but HSBC doesn't take any action. In addition to it as per "X" - she has good linkups with senior management and her spouse is been to HSBC for a decade.
