I refuse to interview at any company that has a take home assignment as part of the process. Plenty of fish out there and only when we stop doing these bs take home assignments will this culture stop

I have had to do only one take home assignment during my job hunt and doubled my salary thanks to it! As a consultant, this is your one chance to stand out from the rest of the applicants and showcase what you can do on the job.
