Man I hate seeing posts like this. OP try to walk away and get a breather. Remember this work although important is not worth killing yourself. Take a step back and look at what you need to get done and start to figure out what can be sacrificed. Look to way you can get support on those tasks and focus on the work that is truly important.
Good luck and know you’ll get through it. One step at a time and it’s ok to ask for help.
Honestly if it’s that bad you need to look into finding a therapist.
Get the calm or headspace app. Love them and they offer a ton of different services (urgent panic attacks —> workplace mindfulness)
My therapist always tells me to first focus on your external environment then your internal.
When you get anxiety, drink cold water, always have some incense or a candle burning, keep a fan on you, etc
After you make yourself more comfortable start naming things out loud around you. Ex) I see a lamp, I hear car sounds, I am touching the chair.
This will help ground you.
If all else fails, bring out the vape pen and have a good toke 🙌
