Tips on selecting a writing sample to go with a job app? I’ve only been at my current insurance defense position for a year. I’ve written portions of a few different motions but nothing entirely on my own. I’ve written a ton of reports for our insurance carriers but those are all privileged material. Is it a red flag to use a sample that’s over two years old or something from my law school summer associate position? (Graduated in 2019)
