Moms this one is a head scratcher...39 weeks pregnant and have already cleared 3 round of tough interviews with a tech firm. Recruiter was aware of this from day 1 and really tried to speed things con

Looking to exit to MBB/tier 2 consulting. Do they/you take analysts 1-1.5 years out of undergrad? Will I have to start over or will I be considered an “experienced” BA/Associate?

Anyone a global product lead at @google in the sales group? Interested in the role and would love to hear more
I’m currently in FS Tax and am a new senior and just joined a new team in a new state doing the same thing. I really want to eventually go out and do my own thing or work for a firm that services small businesses, trusts, individuals, etc. I am a people person and 100% feel like my skill set is lost working at Big 4. I want to help people and definitely don’t feel that working at PwC. Should I jump to a smaller firm sooner or wait until manager? Or try to switch groups at PwC? Thoughts?
What’s working for Alcoa like? I’m about to interview for a mid-level role and would like to learn more about the culture of company and career progression
I hope the Green Choice points won't be worth only 500 a night in the future devalued state of Marriott / SPG. 500 SPG points are worth it but 500 Marriott points is nothing.
How do you make consulting manageable in terms of WLB? I enjoy what I do at work but I also have interests outside of work. Would an exit be me only option?
Hi, I have more than 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and engineering. I do not want to continue in tech. Want to switch to management. So planning to do a PMP course. Really confused about the consequences after the course, whether I'll be able to successfully get a management role or not. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? Any guidance is appreciated.
How worried is everyone about Corona virus?
I’m on the verge of closing out a final interview where my salary will go from $70k base/no bonus to $105k base+10% bonus. My title will go from senior analyst to manager. However, I’m going from Accenture to a startup that got acquired (has $2 bn parent company so bankruptcy isn’t going to happen) and I’ll be going from working with a young crowd to older people. I wouldn’t hit the comp the startup is offering for at least 3-4 yrs if I stayed at Accenture. Any advice/thoughts?
Considering leaving ACN Strat, but weary of leaving for another T2 (received offers at LEK and OW). Pros/Cons of this? Am I wrong for feeling like the bar should be set at MBB or stay put?
I want to go somewhere warm with my SO for his birthday over Memorial Day weekend. Recommendations? Prefer great SPG locations for using points!
For US visa appointments in Canada - can I schedule an appointment in a location different than that of my DS 160? Does anyone have a recent experience with the Calgary consulate for L1B Blanket?
I am struggling with the fact that I have 13 years of HR experience in one capacity or another, along with a bachelors degree and my PHR designation yet companies say “I’m not qualified or they ghost me when I apply for HR openings. I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.
The first CFP is a bunch of bull crap! Georgia over Alabama. All of the Big Ten getting shafted. WHAT GIVES??!!
