You can buy “wide” shoes.
Agreed. Better spend a bit more with brands that will do E/EE/EEE
Not in certain brands - specifically talking about loafers here
Cole haan!
I have super narrow heels, but a wider top foot, and run into this problem constantly. I try to bring them to a cobbler to get stretched out but if I don’t have the time/just don’t feel like doing it, my favorite trick to stretch out the toe/top part of the show is as follows: 1) fill ziploc bag with about 1/4 cup of water 2) stuff ziploc bag with water into toe/top part of the shoe 3) stick in freezer for about 6-8 hours. I’ve done this with leather, suede, and a variety of materials and it hasn’t damaged my shoes. As the water in the bag freezes, it expands, thus stretching the toe of your shoe! You can always buy a shoe stretcher from Amazon, but I find the freezer trick works just as efficiently.
Buy a good foot traction system that will stretch your toes while you sleep. Money well spent.
