So my job is building out a new CSM team and a CSA role that develops into a CSM role. They currently have 3 levels of CSM. It is a global saas company with a hq in Chicago where the job is based. Csm will manage a mix of up to 50 mid market and enterprise accounts. I requested the salary band from the recruiter and found out the CSM role pays $60000 with $6000 in bonus and incentives. Severely under market for other saas csm roles in Chicago. What type of negotiations tips can I use?

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

Hair lacking volume/shedding solutions?

Turned 31 this year and I swear I feel like I've been shedding a whole lot more since quarantine started. I have thicker hair than most and people often tell me "you have a full head of hair, don't worry about balding", but I just looked back at pics of myself from the last decade and my hair now is less voluminous. I am definitely shedding way more than before, I see a lot of it on the floor

Had a really great initial interview with a recruiter for a CS role at a company I’m dying to work for! The recruiter went over next steps which would included scheduling an interview with the hiring manager next. I was interviewed on a Tuesday and he said he’d get back about the inteveriw with the hiring manager at the end of the week, or latest Monday. I also followed up with a thank you email after the interview. It’s now the following Friday (almost 9 days later) Should I follow up or wait?

I've had 8 interviews: virtual on-site, team members, a case study presentation panel interview, a surprise chat w/the VP of CS. 2.5 months in the process... Called the recruiter today asking for final decisions, told we've hired a lot in the last qrtr, trying to work through finance and reorgs. I have an opportunity for CSM role with a healthcare tech company in the Mountain View and they offering 90k with 20k variable. When I chat with the team they say that the metrics behind the variable change almost every quarter. This would be a step back in terms of salary, but they are offering equity and growing 150% YoY. The 110 all in seems like a low ball?!? Any good questions I could ask to better asses comp here?

Our CSM department is going through a major restructure right now. There has been a huge amount of turn over since the beginning of the year. Our managers have not given us any insight to what the new restructure will look like, they have also pushed out our annual raise conversations until the end of April. A lot of CSMs are leaving the company and it has me thinking maybe I should entertain other opportunities elsewhere as well.
