Next time when you join late own it, sorry I’m late my computer did a force restart etc.

And ?

Either be mad or be ok with something. Being passive agressive is just annoying

And how did you deal with it?

Well, started my personal PC and conducted the meeting as if nothing had happened...I've fucked up but the "passive aggressiveness" really gets under my skin

Sounds like this is not a first.

Did you try to text or contact anyone when your laptop died?

Left consulting to industry ~4 months ago. It was a tough adjustment in the beginning but I’m in a spot where I finally feel more comfortable. The hours are better than consulting (but not as good as my fed consulting experience) and people are helpful and super smart. My old company was bought by GDIT (federal contract) and my old team lead reached out to see if I was interested in coming back. I loved that team/client, and the hours were amazing (had 9/80 schedule too). But..continued below.

Current project is very chill and management likes me/gives good reviews but I’m not challenged and do not lead others. I’ve considered switching projects to go up early (SC year2). I am six weeks pregnant, first pregnancy at 33. The other reason I wonder about going up early is that I’m not sure I want to be going up during year3 after being out on maternity leave and life drastically changing. I started my professional career late so feel like I’m playing catch-up too, any advice? Thanks!

I got laid off and am putting together my CV. I’m confused and would like advice on how to structure my resume given in consulting we move across so many different roles and type of project work. Would anyone mind sending me an example of their CV? I’m targeting FAANG and start ups at the moment for product management roles. Background is in human capital consulting though I’ve had technical roles in the past and one traditional product management role in a short project.
