Hello all,
Any idea about the WFH policy of opentext for coming days? As I understand Opentext not giving permanent WFH to any employee but do they consider any exceptions in case of family reason or medical?
Does opentext provide RSU (restricted stock units) to employees at Lead Consultant level?
And is RSU amout part of CTC? Wipro Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys IBM Consulting Deloitte USI
That seems pretty solid. Are you considered a high performer?
Post comp statement 😈

Lol wtf these numbers are all over the place
103k HCOL S1. I feel happy about this. Don’t care if my colleagues make 15k more than me since that much won’t necessarily change my life. Was at 85k before this so this is a win :)

lol what, I literally said I’d ride out that deal (ie not be at PwC) if I was a senior associate.
Unfortunately, no one is going to pay me 300k to work 25 hours a week. Garbage or not, metrics are how leadership runs the firm so I have no choice but to play the game at this point. If I make partner, you’re going to catch me sitting on that average distribution. Not trying to be a hero making 2MM+ with no life

VHCOL
S1 --> S2
100K --> 125K (25%)
11.5% PBB
Differentiating
Very Satisfied and sticking around for another year
I mean I’m now at $110k as an S2 in a zone 1 (LCOL) city so $125 in VHCOL is not unreasonable by any stretch
$137k M1 hcol average about 30-35hrs of actual work
106k S2, LCOL
If you’re not aligned in TAAG but instead in core FAAS, do you still get to see the technical accounting work?

121k, S1, HCOL. Work 30 - 50hr+ depending on the ebbs and flows
^ im differentiating in mcol and im at 109 as s3…
105k. MCOL. 25-35 hours. S1
I know, that just seems wildly low

102K HCOL S1
Feel like it’s kinda low compared to most HCOL S1s? Also my PBB sucked even tho my ratings were good
Thank you! Solid raise though :)
For FAAS since the only positive is the hours, it'd be good if you could post your avg hours too
EY4 - are you in FAAS?

What about M2 in NJ?

Any numbers for VHCOL S1?
Look above. I find it hard to believe some of these 120k+ senior salaries

Look at the Google sheet, there are some people at 100k. Pretty wild
