So now that comp is out, what’s everyone at for FAAS?

My agency is making salary cut backs cause of covid-19. Whole agency at 80%. Because I'm on a junior salary in Manchester that means 80% is less than minimum wage. Do I have any rights?

Let the benchmarking begin. 1 year AP, just received bonus email. 30%. Not bad for the year we are having (hope that’s the trend across levels). I did have my best year ever from a metrics standpoint.

Is it a red flag if, after almost two years in a full quota carrying and selling role I want to take a lower role at another company in order to break into a field (tech sales) I want to work in? It’s better pay - closer to home and at a company with a better reputation?

Every employees at TD just got a 3% off cycle raise to combat inflation. Comes into effect July 1st.

Have other companies done similar? Obviously doesn't fully offset inflation but I'm glad to see the bank addressing the issue.

I recently got a promotion in my company to work as a Junior CSR in Commercial Lines but I also got a job offer elsewhere to work in the entertainment insurance industry as an Associate. I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. I don’t know what to do because both jobs sound really interesting. Any advice?

I’ve been thinking about the prospect of switching industries - from creative agency to something else, ideally w/ better compensation but for some reason have felt stuck re: knowing my options & where my skills would translate. I know the typical account skillset should translate to many jobs out there and maybe the vastness is what’s making me freeze? Hello all! I’m in a role where I’m being paid far less than market rate for my skills (by about 40-60%, so fairly significant). Initially I took the role to build experience and to avoid a gap on my resume.
My plan was to ask for a promotion/raise after a year, and I’ve gotten advice to get another job offer first as leverage. I’ve since realized that if I went through that trouble to get another offer, I’d just take it. Do I bother asking for a promotion or raise or just start looking?

Just had an interview for UI position this was just a phone screening, the recruiter asked about me and if I had work with product design. They were aware I transitioned industry’s and came out of boot camp no prior professional experience beside personal or private client projects. They let me know they will not move forward. I feel a bit annoyed bc the recruiter first rescheduled and then didn’t properly view my application I am assuming.

I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day. They take individual's questions and start answering with statement like can't you understand I am not here for this purpose with very rude tone and in a crowd of more than 200 people. .
