So now we have an anti-vaxer, and a guy who once called for prayer to get rid of HIV, in charge of the Coronavirus outbreak. Thank you Republicans.

Lessons learned from this coronavirus event
1. Medicare for all may not be such a bad thing. It will set up medical infrastructure to deal with such large scale issues should they grow. Same for Obamacare. God forbid, should this thing go out of control, you would be happy that you had Obamacare.
2. Trump admin has no operations strategy. They are focused on messaging of Coronavirus. What he does not realize is that more he hides, the more stock market will react. Wall street will bake paranoia and suspicion into its models.
3. He just cares about reelection. He will blame everyone else to get reelected.

Unfortunately, you nailed it. 👏

But Trump supporters in this bowl will hand wave it all away.

Don’t blame them. You’re the one who put Hillary to run against him!

P1, got your joke.

But seriously, Hillary was a really bad candidate. She lost to Trump after all.

For the sake of my mental health I have GOT to get some sort of physical routine going, but it was 12 degrees today so there is no way I’m running in that weather. Should I pick up some sort of at-home workout routine? Go to a gym during off peak hours when it’s empty? Want something I can gently ease into; I’ve been an absolute sloth the last few months.

I’ve done dry January and a lot of weight melted off. I was already shooting to keep it going through to March. For super lean people (borderline Instagram models), do you still drink alcohol after your 20s? I remember a male stripper in Vegas told me he only drank a shot of vodka once a year 😂 and that was the extent of his drinking, but he looked great.

This past Wednesday (the 24th), was 3 years of sobriety for me.

In 15 years of weekend binge/blackout drinking, NEVER had I gone more than 3 weeks without a drink (typically never more than 1 weekend without a drink), and now my sobriety is counted in years (though still one day at a time).

I am beyond grateful and I know that this is something I could never do on my own.

I have ADD and this job is the first time my struggle to pay attention / notice the little things has really impacted my day-to-day. I am constantly writing reminders and do a very good job keeping my to-do lists organized and categorized, however I still struggle remembering/noticing minor things. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to work on / improve this?

Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me. I think it's making my partner feel like I don't remember the things they say or don't care to listen. What can I do?? Not on medication but if it helps with this I'd take it.

While you can make the argument it’s been going on for longer, the GOP has spent the last decade telling their base not to believe anyone but them. This gave us the Tea Party and Freedom Caucus. Now, the President is leading the charge, and half the country simply can’t accept the reality that Trump lost. The GOP is being burnt by the fire they started and fanned.
