They didn't bother to tell anyone who was in the office at that time (and working on the same floor) unless you are aligned to the NY office... unbelievable, given how strict they are with badging in and out.

Are they going to let the client know?

If they (or the team) aren’t working onsite with the client, does it matter?

I imagine it’s at the partner’s discretion

Think you can let me know what client that is once you find out. I’m hoping the client is willing to change companies with the scare. Need to meet my sales target

Our firms will act just like most dictatorships and wait until they are forced to disclose.

How often do you guys see your parents normally in non-covid times? Do you feel it’s too little much or wish you could see them more? In my 20s I used to see them every other month but as I’ve “settled down” in my 30s it’s been harder with distance and spouse so it’s down to once a quarter. Feel quite guilty and sad about it

Hi! I’m not sure if this is the right question but I’d like to be fitter. I’m 230lb and 5’8 so it’s really bad. Because of covid I haven’t gone to the gym, I have 2 weights at home. Any recommendations on workouts from home? Running or jogging hurts like hell so I’ve been trying to walk at least 5 miles per day, some push-ups and sit-ups. I have watched a few videos online as well. Thank you guys

25M I feel like I really screwed up. I left consulting (promoted there) last year to join an early stage startup. Any thoughts

Is it a stretch to buy a $900k house with about $180k income? The conventional metrics would say yes, but our budget works. We figured about $4000/m for PITI, $3000 for non-housing expenses, and $2000 for savings/investing. No debt and $50k in savings. We have about $200k for the down payment. Am I missing anything here or is this actually doable?
