My current CTC is 4.5 LPA. My expectations are 10 lpa because I have seen people in my company earning 12-14 with 3-4 YOE (sales, strategy team)

Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?

From my understanding 10% PS is better because it’s just a standard 10% on top of whatever I contribute though it takes 5 years to vest. Does this mean if I leave before 5 years I don’t get any of it?

I just heard recently that if you refinance and your house appraises at 20% more than the amount owed, you can remove PMI. Is this correct? I have a 401k from my previous employer in Meryl Lynch. Current 401k is in fidelity. I would like to know if it’s easier to roll over ex employer contributions to fidelity (or) open an independent IRA account. I don’t intend to withdraw money from or take a loan on 401ks

Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)
