So my wife basically said she doesn’t want to have sex anymore. Don’t want to do anything about it. After couple kids, doesn’t feel it anymore. Also said it wasn’t anything I did and there’s no one else. I understand women’s body changes after child birth but can’t help thinking it’s gonna suck being in a sexless marriage. We’re still attractive and haven’t turned into couch potatoes…yet Happy Thanksgiving!

Haven’t decided whether I want to get the vaccine yet (skip over this if you’re going to comment with judgment), but every work call/happy hour lately involves people discussing their vaccine status. Any thoughts on responses for when I’m asked about mine?

I’ve never understood why people are so insistent on vaccine mandates. If the vaccine works and you get the jab, you should be fine. It’s wrong for the vaccinated to view the unvaccinated as a threat to them if the vaccine works.

I am taking another sick day this coming Monday. It's necessary for both my physical and mental health, which are severely compromised due to the stress of this insane school year (and the last one, and the spring before that -- I think this is cumulative with COVID, the political situation, etc.). I have never taken this many sick days during ANY school year in my 20+ years of teaching. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is anyone else having anxiety about taking so many days off?

Not to start a political debate… I am not anti vaccine but have not wanted to get the COVID vaccine. I think I will be getting the vaccine tomorrow. Anyone else feel conflicted who originally really did not want to get it, but was kind of feeling forced to get it?

Hello! Medical Practice Manager here. Independently operated including in house billing/coding etc. my responsibilities include: Billing (all areas), employee management including payroll/supervision, as well as procedure scheduling and working as a medical assistant. 1 MD and 1 Np with 3 employees including myself. Is my team too small? It seems I’m buried in work and taking work home. $70k salary with 2 weeks PTO that I can hardly take due to work load after 11yrs. No Covid bonus.
