So the Deloitte fitness subsidy is expiring at end of May, need to buy something that's at least $320 to use the full benefit ($160 left). Any ideas? Already bought a bike last year.

Pretty sure golf clubs are a new addition to the subsidy

You can expense golf clubs. Bought some new ones a month ago

Just buy something and submit for the subsidy and then return it and keep the money

@D2 Are we actually able to pickup an Xbox?

Is Apple Watch worth it?

But that's not a bad idea. If you're a golfer, book a golf trip and pre-pay the greens fees

like

I can't tell if D1 is being sarcastic or not but they absolutely do expire (v quickly) and there's a lawsuit pending right now. If you belong to any gym, prepay your next couple months' membership

What do you do with a Staff with ~1 year exp that legit won’t work. For example, you give them a simple task at 10am that should take 3 hours max, they ignore your check-in messages and then ask if they can give it you in the morning. They never ask questions. Morning comes and they still didn’t do it. When they finally do it, it is riddled with errors and clearly shows they didn’t try. Working under tight deadlines, this staff is killing me as I cannot rely on them at all. What would you do?

Hi Fishes,

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.
Thanks
