Venting: My SO is unemployed due to COVID and I’m working 60 hours a week lately. SO is mad that I spend so much time working and it’s creating a lot of tension and I’m about to be over it. I’m losing all hope. I’ve been actively applying and interviewing for 8 months now. 3 final round interviews that I was turned away from. Now I’m running out of companies to apply for / people to refer me etc. I seriously don’t know what to do. Is it possible I am just stuck for a while now? I had my H1-B visa interview where the officer approved my visa and told me to expect stamped passport back in 2 business days. It’s been over 5 business days now and I haven’t heard back. When I try to check visa status online, it says that case is undergoing admin processing and was last updated the day I interviewed. Anyone been through a similar situation? Any pointers on what I can do to get an update on passport?
