Seeking advice regarding our mortgage company not complying with our FHA Loan Closing Disclosure.Per FHA requirements, homeowners insurance has to be collected through escrow. However they've only been paying property taxes. This extra money that accumulated in escrow won't cover what's owed to insurance because property taxes and insurance went up. I'm a software engineer with 55 LPA salary with 6.5 years of experience. Along with this salary, I also have a significant sum of vested ESOPs, Let's say 50 lakh as per current share price (the company is publicly traded and within a few months, i can sell).
