Eliminate caffeine and alcohol (at least try), exercise everyday, get outside everyday, try to spend time with friend/family frequently, take vitamin D (I take 5,000 IU a day), eat a healthy diet, and when you are having a panic attack - tell yourself that it will pass and it is just your body trying to protect you.
Rising Star
Meditation, forced breathing exercises (calm app), having a routine (incl running, gym, etc. whatever works for you), cutting back on or substituting caffeine, and exploring therapy. You don’t have to jump straight into meds.
I felt extreme dread, my heart would always beat really fast and it was hard to breathe (like I was suffocating). I wouldn’t have any appetite and sometimes I would hyperventilate or start trembling a little. It happens on the regular whenever I feel inadequate or stupid or don’t know something and then I start freaking out.

So start today. Therapy is a start. Look into the offerings your company has.

Start with therapy. You can see if you’re insurance offers services or you can even Google “therapists near me” and see their reviews and whether they take your insurance. From there a professional can help you decide what the best course of action is. I would get multiple opinions before starting medication imho.
Grew up in a household that didn’t believe in mental health and never went to therapy or anything and was always told I’m being dramatic or I’m too privileged and didn’t know what real struggling felt like. Now I’m not sure where to go from here. Do I get anxiety medication? Therapy? Where do I start?
Therapy ♥️ sending you good vibes. Find a provider you connect with and work on tactics together! You’re not alone

If you experienced it you wouldn't think that. I remember thinking the same thing as you. It is different than just stressing about stuff.
Sorry you’re experiencing this. It sucks. Most insurance plans have teledoc type services. They’re so helpful. Definitely talk to your/a doctor, since your symptoms have moved to physical manifestations. they can recommend therapists. Betterhelp is an online therapy that I’ve heard good things about too.
