Hey moms. Getting anxiety lately bc of my postpartum weight. I tried so hard and lost 30 pounds in five months but stuck in the last 10pounds to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. How do you guys manage to loose the weight you gained during pregnancy? Body also changed so much the shape is different.
