So when I’m in industry I feel unchallenged and bored, but in consulting I feel burnt out and suffocated. How do I work in industry without getting depressed at the environment and demographic?

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

I keep taking calls with companies because I get some actually good offers on LinkedIn (I work in a growing area of health tech) but I have no intention of switching companies at the moment. I like to test the market. What is the proper time to stop interviewing? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time but I’m also obviously passively willing to chat and look around at opportunities
