I work in insurance but I am trying to pivot into tech sales. I am having trouble explaining my metrics during interviews. For us, our KPI is based on a quota issued to each state. Ex Ma being 143%. Throughout Ma, we have multiple offices but my office, in particular, is currently at 260% of quota. I have brought in 60,000 of sales for our team. Since I don't have a quato, how can I demonstrate my performance. Many thanks!!

Why does it take so much time to approve exit for employees serving notice period. During this period the employees are pressurized and treated really bad. Is this very common in KPMG. Cause in the other big 4 or any other organisation this does not happen. KGSEmployees are afraid that they will not get the approval for the requested exit date.
