What's the best way to tell people to stop assigning me administrative tasks? I get asked to do a lot of almost secretarial work in a disproportionate degree campared to other men of my level

Is that ok to leave TCS, where I have 11 years exp and 17 LPA. People are making worried since for these exp you shouldn't leave and stick with TCS for life long

Group 1 - MBB, Tier 2 - Kearney, LEK etc, “deep specialists” - ZS, OW etc: $750k - $1.5M
Group 2: B4, “broad specialists” - Navigant, W. Monroe etc: $400-600K

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

They both openly challenge my decisions (which are made in consultation with the team) with vague arguments, speak to me as if they need to "dumb down for the girl", and (continues)

When did search engine optimization become so complicated? It used to be so easy—you just had to get your site on Google and Bing and people would find it. Now there are things called “social media marketing” and “tiktok marketing” that seem like they require a whole team of professionals and a budget in the hundreds of thousands of dollars! What happens when small businesses can’t afford those kinds of things?
