Qualcomm wlb and pay is not FANG level. I’d say McK and then jump to FANG/F500 at a higher level.
What's Fang/f500?
Would've said Q if it was US based. McK for India - bigger brand name for future options.
Qualcomm
Actually SWE is not core function at Qualcomm either
McKinsey
Why?
I wouldn’t not want to join Mck as an engineer. Joining as a consultant in our digital practice is a great career move, joining as an internal engineer is not
Im a software engineer at Mck in a client-facing role and I love it! I’ve been doing full-stack + cloud builds, creating applications from day 0 as well as rebuilding legacy systems. You definitely will learn a lot if you push yourself out of your comfort zone to learn new tech.

McKinsey
Why?
Either one is a good bet in my opinion
