My wife worked in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a QA Officer. Due to maternity complication she took approx. 2 years gap for her career. Meanwhile she learned few courses like PV, CDM, Clinical Research.
Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.
1. Which one will have growth CDM or PV?
2. Does they consider earlier experience because she had a gap.?

Anyone ever work as a “Promotional writer” (copywriter) on the client side of things? How was it? Talking with a recruiter about it and the money is great $140k + bonus, fully remote, but I’ve only ever been at agencies. Says it will focus on 3 therapeutic areas and their strategy, creating the copy for strategy, and managing 3 or so writers beneath me.

I have no desire to advance to Creative Director and it makes me feel bad about myself. It comes across as if I don’t have ambition or drive to advance my career.
