Once laid off by a specific employer, do people ever go back to work for that same employer? For example, all the people laid off from Deloitte, will they ever work for Deloitte again in the future? Assuming there were performance issues.

If I started a bowl for pet rabbit owners, would you join; would it be the smallest most niche bowl ever? 🐰
To take my 2y outside requires so much effort on my part . He doesn’t want to leave unless sometimes I have to threaten that I’m leaving alone. Once we leave , I have another issue with getting him back home if we are at a fun activity . Now some days I give up and don’t want to take him outside anymore.
I’m getting more and more burned out on HR everyday. I’m thinking of pivoting to a field like software sales for HR technology. I’m willing to take a step back in salary but I’m not getting any interest. Does anyone have a contact at a workday or UKG or smaller HR tech company that I could talk to about possibly making this transition? Or provide some advice? Thank you! Workday
Isn’t it amazing how your parents will always find something to complain about even if you went to a great school, have a great job, avoided teenage pregnancy etc.? I mean it must be a sport at this stage the game, right?
My Uber home from the airport reinforced something for me - I've never met a Turkish person I didn't think was f***ing awesome.
Really happy to see Accenture, BCG, and McKinsey stop doing work in Russia (though McK will finish exiting work for non-government, non-state-owned clients, unfortunately). Accenture ceased all operations while the others are keeping their offices open.
Does anyone have experience using Pave comp software? Just a demo and it seems awesome, but The price tag seems very high
I really want to learn if anyone or you see anyone as a Senior leave accounting/audit for a unexpected or creative career that makes them happy and doesn't waste their time in PA?
heard rumors other B4 are hiring and paying more for same rank/service-line/location. How? is this just "grass is always greener" syndrome? or am I missing something. Bay area specifically.
