Some clients are really nervous about getting scammed by a realtor. How can I ensure them that this is not the case?

Just gotta build up a healthy rep of not being a scammer, it just takes some time

Be transparent and honest with your clients. Let them know what you are doing and what they can expect from you.You can also provide them with references or testimonials from previous clients to reassure them that you are a reputable realtor.

Always follow through on what you promise your clients. If you say you will do something, make sure you do it. This will help to build trust between you and your clients.

One way to ensure that you're not scamming them is to provide them with references from past clients. Additionally, you can offer to have them speak with your broker to get their assurance that you are a reputable realtor.

I’d like to have a better idea of how much time should be estimated on top of design tasks.

I’m looking at our historical data to create baselines for how resources are budgeted and spent on projects.

What percent of a design project should be spent on management and operational tasks?

I have this broken down into, client communication, internal communication, and project setup / maintenance. What else should I track?

Currently an RX senior associate at A&M. Ive dealt with a fair amount of distressed pe firms and I'm pretty interested in the space. I think the skillset is much broader and opens me up to learning a lot of new skills. One thing Im curious about is how to make the move over to a invest role.

Ive toyed with the idea of doing a 2-3 year stint in RX IB at Houlian or a similar MM or EB but just am not sure if that's even needed. Anyone have some insight or suggestions they could offer? Im all ears
