Hi ladies, I recently changed my Job(full time)it’s been only 4 weeks, but my new job is expecting me to work more than 8 hours, this is not been discussed during my interview, and I did even asked about work life balance and they said it’s really good. But now they expect me to work more than 8 hours, I can work for some times but not everyday. I am senior consultant with Deloitte and have about 7 years of total experience implementing Salesforce CRM mostly to clients in Health care domain. Can anybody please refer me for a solution architect position in Salesforce or any guidance on how to get the referral.

I budget for and track every dollar I spend and enjoy my life without being overly extravagant. Would most people be spending less and contributing more to 401k? Someone posted something earlier that brought back awful memories for me. I'm from the Caribbean, living and working in the UK. Well educated and capable. Yet at my old job, if I joined in a conversation one of my colleagues used to say things like, "Wait - the men are talking. Wait your turn." Or even worse, "Hang on, all I heard was, Blah blah blah coconuts!" Or the same colleague would repeat something I said in a hammy Jamaican accent - I'm not Jamaican anyway.
