Hard situation and I am facing same the same circumstances. I am attempting my best to be creative and giving them chores and projects to do. Today I am having them make play dough and later a yeast project. Good luck!

Is there a grandmother than can help? I’d hire a teenager to come and help out. Explain she needs to take them outside to release some energy and keep them quiet

These are challenging times, and clients and managers need to understand there will be dogs barking and kids creaming in the background sometimes. School is closed through the end of the year in AZ. This is the new norm... at least for now.
Elementary school...they won't kill themselves if left unsupervised but I can't completely ignore them, and they are very high-energy. My days are frequently meeting-intensive and I can't have them screaming in the background (which will happen). Not all of my managers/clients are parents so I'm not sure they'll understand...
