I am so thankful for my husband. We’ve had a rough year. But when he just pulled up his calendar app, I peeked the “therapy” recurring event for every Tuesday coming up.

It took a really long time to nudge and ask and plead and toss everything short of an ultimatum at him to start this work on his personal and emotional development.

There were times I wasn’t sure anything would change, and I worried maybe I was just wasting time… but he’s still proving he’s the right one :)

Three female former remote colleagues invited my husband on a trip (no spouses). Husband agrees it's not appropriate but I think he’d consider going if said I was fine with it. All are in their 30s with spouses and same aged young kids. Am I selfishly depriving him of a trip with friends? What is “normal?” My perception of normal/acceptable in these types of situations is skewed after a rough prior relationship many years ago.

Been broken up for awhile..dated other people and developed serious feelings for someone else. It didn’t work out but I thought I had moved on till my ex moved to the same city and we started hanging out since I was helping them settle in. Saw we changed so much..in a good way and got along so well Yesterday he pocket dialed me nonstop and I heard his date even when I didn’t want to. My SO is scared to ask his parents for his money back. The money they were holding on to for him. Now that he’s a grown man I think he’s old enough to hold on to his own money. He like needs a valid excuse to ask for it back and I’m like why do you need an excuse when it’s your money and he’s like well I don’t want to start a fight….
