Hang out with people who recognize your strengths and sometimes remind you of them. Good colleagues really help.
Therapy helps a lot. Seriously.
Always take inventory of your lessons. Good and bad. There is always something to learn. Recognition of improvement helps you to reassure yourself in times of doubt
Never goes away. Just get better at learning to cope with it.

Tough to tell. I get consistently good reviews, repeat work, am on “important” associate committees, etc. but I definitely still feel like a mediocre attorney.
I agree with the post above about therapy helping with this. Although I am a therapist so I'm probably biased 😂
In all seriousness though, if you've been struggling with this for 8 years some coaching or therapy could really help.
EMDR for performance and mindset is great, as is coaching.
